YIPTT Submission & Value:

The Training Policy Committee receives and assesses project applications on a first come, first served basis. $200,000 is available each year until it is expended with an annual intake of February 1. Funds will be disbursed in the following fiscal year (April 1 and later).

Yukon First Nations (YFN) may partner with another YFN or YFN organization to access up to $400,000 with a multi-year project proposal.

Eligible YFN organizations include:

• All 14 Yukon First Nations
• Any organization registered as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that supports Yukon First Nation Citizens.

The amount made available annually to YFNs will be reviewed annually by YIPTT Trustees and updates will be communicated to all YFNs if any changes are made.
